Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for refunds of crochet products individually crafted and sold in a limited quantity worldwide, by "Fairymellow" ("Seller"). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Conditions for returns:

1. Refund Eligibility Period: The buyer may submit a refund request within 07 days of delivery. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, the buyer must notify the Seller in writing, clearly stating the intention to return the purchased crochet product. The request can be made by email to fairymellowinquiries@gmail.com. The email must include the buyer's name, order number, a detailed description of the reason for the refund request, and an image of the received product.

3. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a refund, the crochet item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. The item should be returned in its original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit. Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use, or damage, or do not have the original tags and labels attached.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. The item should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The buyer is advised to use a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of the item. The return address will be provided by the Seller upon approval of the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Time: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the buyer's payment provider and method.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items.

• Downloadable crochet patterns.

• Crochet DIY kits.

• Printed materials.

• Materials and Tools.

• Personalized Products.
